Founded the company in 2007 as O’Malley Quirke. Aileen has 15 years consulting experience, initially with McKinsey and then as an independent consultant, supporting a broad range of high growth organisations from concept through to multi-nationals. Prior to that Aileen worked as Operations Manager with Procter & Gamble and as Research Engineer with Boeing Commercial Aircraft. She holds an MBA from Kellogg and a B. Eng. (Mechanical) from UCD.
Joined O’Malley Sorohan in 2010. Irene has 7 years consulting experience with Booz Allen and as an independent consultant, supporting clients primarily in the energy sector. She has also worked in Strategy, Sales and Operations roles in Diageo, and began her career as an engineer with EDF and ESB. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B. Eng. (Electronic) from UCD.
